Only statements that such and such event has happened. Instead of telling opinion on how to classify an event in legal or moral fields, just details speaking for themselves.
What can be improved though: there could be more references and attributions. That's important because lying, including under oath, is not often punished; there is incentive for participants, especially for statespeople-above-laws to falsify. Especially when FBI tells "we've done A and didn't B at that time", it can also mean "...but we also did A and B other times".
Interesting that Ukrainians are mentioned dozens times, like they were the drive of the hunt for Trump. But Russia did not move a finger in USA for 3 years? Details of their efforts would add lot of context how FBI actions were justified. In fact, Russians fueled wiretaps of Trump & Co. and investigations (incl. Mueller, which is highly ironic).
